Barco ClickShare Conference BYOD solutions installed for Bombardier’s new multimillion-pound facility at Biggin Hill Airport
Pacific delivered intuitive wireless presentation and video conferencing solutions across Bombardier’s meeting and training rooms, providing a seamless BYOD collaboration experience.
Bombardier, a global leader in aviation, creating innovative and game-changing planes, approached Pacific to install intuitive BYOD wireless presentation and wireless video conferencing solutions for meeting and training rooms at their new multimillion-pound building at Biggin Hill Airport.
The Solution
Pacific specified each room with LG commercial screens, varying from 55" to 86" in size, to use with the Barco CX range of wireless conference hardware. For the General Manager's personal meeting room, alongside the Barco CX conference unit, a video conferencing setup was installed using an Aver PTZ camera, BiAmp Devio DSP, BiAmp ceiling microphones and Extron ceiling speakers.

How We Did It
The General Manager requested quality audio for both the room and the far end of a video call, and that is what he received. By combining the Barco CX conference solution with professional video conferencing technology, including an Aver PTZ camera, BiAmp Devio DSP, BiAmp ceiling microphones and Extron ceiling speakers, Pacific delivered an intuitive BYOD solution that met the project’s requirements.
Results
Pacific successfully installed the solutions within the allotted time specified, and the customer was amazed with the quality of each room solution. Pacific are now working on phase two recommendations to bring the ‘wow’ factor for Bombardier’s prestigious clientele.
