Sapphire Balconies upgrade their boardroom and meeting rooms with Zoom-enabled collaboration solutions
Pacific transformed Sapphire Balconies’ meeting spaces by replacing outdated presentation technology and introducing dedicated Zoom Rooms with enhanced video conferencing capabilities.
Sapphire Balconies – a balcony manufacturer established in 1992 – approached Pacific due to their need to upgrade their current boardroom and meeting room solutions. They were using projectors with projector screens to present in the boardroom, whilst their smaller meeting rooms were lacking video conferencing capabilities.
The Solution
In the boardroom, Pacific advised that Sapphire should use the 86" Iiyama interactive screen along with the Logitech Screen Share. This would give Sapphire the possibility to share information from the resident PC which was already within the room.
Pacific also used the Inogeni range of USB switching products to allow users to control and select the cameras for meetings, and dedicated the in-room PCs as "Zoom Rooms" – making inviting, presenting and participating in Zoom conferences easy.

How We Did It
By replacing the existing projector and projector screen setup with an 86″ Iiyama interactive screen and Logitech Screen Share solution, Pacific provided Sapphire with a more flexible and modern presentation experience. The addition of Inogeni USB switching products enabled users to easily control and select cameras, while dedicated Zoom Rooms provided simple and intuitive video conferencing capabilities across the meeting spaces.
Results
Sapphire Balconies now benefit from upgraded meeting spaces with improved presentation capabilities and dedicated Zoom conferencing functionality. The new solutions provide users with a simpler way to share content, host meetings and collaborate effectively.
