Imperial Hotels Updates Audio Distribution System

After Pacific’s free-of-charge health check visit, it was decided to integrate a QSC Core-based system to cover all of their identified needs – and more.

Imperial Hotels, a family-run business since 1837 in the heart of London, were looking for an AV partner to help them update their existing analogue audio system – wanting to make use of the opportunity to send audio-visual signals over their network to connect all of their seven hotels.

After Pacific’s free-of-charge health check visit, it was decided to integrate a QSC Core-based system, for its flexibility and ability to cover all of their identified needs – and more. Touch panels were installed in the right locations for the hotel staff to control the sources easily and intuitively, such as volume, zones etc. The network design of the system ensures that new zones, sources, and controls can be simply and quickly added to the system without having to make costly changes, and the global nature of the system means that emergency messages and overrides apply everywhere they need to without additional planning.

We were even able to integrate the hotel’s IP phone system, allowing announcements directly from dialled numbers.

“The Pacific team were very professional, worked well with the hotel hours and caused no disruption to the hotels’ guests.”
