Procter & Gamble UK – BYOD Video Conferencing

Eight BYOD trolley solutions designed, installed and supported.

Procter & Gamble, whose goal is to use every opportunity they have – no matter how small – to set change in motion, appointed Pacific to design, install and support eight BYOD trolley solutions for their teams around their Weybridge office.

The key requirements were to have great audio pickup and great camera quality for the participants on a Microsoft Teams call. P&G wanted the far-end participants to feel as if they were ‘in the room’.

Pacific equipped each trolley solution with LG 75’’ commercial screens, the Logitech Rally Bar with two expansion microphones, and a StarTech USB-C for a single-cable connection and laptop charging. 

The Logitech Rally Bar is a leading all-in-one device within the market, including a leading 4K PTZ camera with 15x zoom capability and microphone pick-up of 8 meters.  Therefore, the Logitech Rally Bar met Procter & Gamble’s requirements in terms of quality picture and audio.
