National Instruments Office Refit

Design & installation of a large open plan modern flexible conferencing / presentation space

Pacific were asked to create a large open plan modern flexible conferencing / presentation space that would allow National Instruments to present to customers and to their staff for company announcements. The system needed to be user-friendly and multi-use without requiring a full-time meeting room technician to run the sessions.

We worked with the office fit-out company to ensure that the audio-visual solution was provided at the same time as the impressive refit. The main area has a 3m projected image with 85” repeater screens, so that a large group can all easily see the presentations. Meanwhile, the unobtrusive microphones and permanently-fixed speakers mean that remote participants can see and hear without restrictions to the presenter using Teams.

The new boardroom was also made Teams-ready with dual displays, Logitech Rally and Tap conferencing equipment.

The audio-visual element has been a key component of modernising the workplace and making it future-ready, achieving National Instruments’ goals and aligning the collaboration tools with the rest of this successful global company.
