Sapphire Balconies upgrade their boardroom to include Zoom capabilities.

Sapphire Balconies – a balcony manufacturer established in 1992 -approached Pacific due to their need to upgrade their current boardroom and meeting rooms solutions. They were using projectors with projector screens to present in the boardroom, whilst their smaller meeting rooms were lacking video conferencing capabilities.

In the boardroom, Pacific advised that Sapphire should use the 86” Iiyama interactive screen along with the use of the Logitech Screen Share –  this would give Sapphire the possibility to share information from the resident PC which was already within the room.

Pacific used the Inogeni range of USB switching products to allow users to control and select the cameras for the meetings, and dedicated the in room PC’s as “Zoom Rooms” – which make inviting, presenting and participating in Zoom conferences easy.
