Design, installation and support of four rooms in three key sites.
William Jackson Food Group, whose businesses source, make and deliver great food that meets and exceeds the needs and tastes of their customers, decided post-COVID to turn their meeting rooms into dedicated Microsoft Teams Meeting Rooms. William Jackson Food Group approached Pacific to design, install and support four rooms in three of their key sites across the country.
The main requirement was for users to book the room from their Outlook calendar, walk into the room and have the one touch ‘join meeting’ capability. The other key requirements were to have excellent audio pickup and camera quality for the participants on a Microsoft Teams call.
Pacific specified each room with LG commercial screens, varying from 75’’ to 86’’ in size, to use with the Logitech TAP Base kits and Logitech Small Kit solutions. The Logitech Base kits allowed Pacific to attach an Aver PTZ camera, a BiAmp Devio DSP, BiAmp Microphones and Extron Speakers to create the optimum solution in the larger meeting rooms.
‘’Pacific specified a great solution, at a great price, and the engineering was carried out in a professional manner. We are looking forward to continuing working with Pacific for the deployment of more MTRs throughout the William Jackson Food Group business.’’

The meeting room solutions met William Jackson Food Group’s brief and with the help of the IT department, Pacific successfully installed the solutions within the specified timeframe. Pacific are supporting them with an ongoing maintenance and support contract and are now working on designing more Microsoft Teams Rooms with an aim to install over the next 12 months.
